Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
OSB Beauty is not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once the package is handed to the carrier (USPS), OSB Beauty is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If an issue occurs, please file a claim directly with USPS.
